Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. We may, at our own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. We may also reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers, resellers or distributors. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.
Although you may “bookmark” a particular portion of this Site and thereby bypass this Agreement, your use of this Site still binds you to the terms. Since Cheshire Motor Caravans may revise this Agreement at any time, you should visit this page periodically to review the terms of your use.
Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, in accordance to our returns policy, with your invoice to Cheshire Motor Caravans.
Products purchased on this website site may be returned for a refund within 14 days, starting from the day which you received the goods. We do not refund the postage cost of the original order if the item is unsuitable or does not fit. In the case of a faulty or incorrect item, you must contact us before returning the item. Please include clear photos of the fault or incorrect item. If we agree to accept the return, the item must arrive back with us for inspection before the return postage is refunded. If an item you are returning gets lost in the post on their way back to us we are unable to accept responsibility. We strongly recommend that you send the items using a recorded delivery service. We do not offer returns on goods that have been fitted, marked or damaged.
The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in GBP (British pounds, £) and are valid and effective only in the UK. We will ship internationally but prices, postage costs and delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on international orders.
Your delivery address is taken directly from your order, so please ensure this is correct when completing the checkout process. We do not receive your PayPal address details at any stage of ordering, we are only able to dispatch to the address entered in the order form on our website. If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP on email@example.com as we aim to pack orders within 24 hours. Incorrect addresses cannot be amended after dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any incorrect addresses provided to us and any subsequent parcel delays / losses due to address errors. Please ensure that all details have been filled out correctly before completing your order. The address you have provided can be viewed on your order confirmation email.
If everything that you have ordered is currently in stock then we will ship your order within three days of placing the order. If you make an order which is currently out of stock then you will be notified either by telephone or e-mail, so please make sure that you supply us with a current email address. Your order can then be modified according to your preference, usually either by placing the order on hold until the item is in stock, shipping your order in more than one delivery or cancelling the order. We will ship internationally but prices, postage costs and delivery times may vary. We are not responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on international orders. If your order does not arrive within 2 weeks then it will be marked as lost in the post, we will then make a claim from the postal service for compensation. Only once this compensation is received will we be able to replace your order.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
