T4 side door step

Made in the same ABS plastic using the same pattern so the tread matches the existing T4 cab step and in the same RAL code as the Genuine VW black trim but with 2 added improvements

1. Removal of the unsightly caravelle air vent which was found on the original.
2. Increase in platform height by 15mm to allow for the step to fit flat onto the vans metal side step but with the added height to clear the plywood flooring found in vans which have been lined out.
